Nutra-Life Standardised Valerian 2000 Complex is an effective blend of herbal sedatives designed to help calm and reduce nervousness and aid relaxation, particularly in cases of sleep disorders.

Each tablet includes the equivalent of 2g (2000mg) of Valerian Root as a standardised extract, providing 3.96mg of valerenic acid together with Kava Kava, standardised to provide 3.1mg kawapyrones. Passion Flower, Hops Chamomile and Magnesium are included to help relax and ready the body for sleep.

When used as directed, Valerian is well-tolerated and will not cause drowsiness during the following day.
